Modified Sports start Monday, March 25th:    Practice times are as follows:  Softball - 2:30-4:15 @ OMS gym; Baseball - 4:30-6:00 @ OMS gym; Boys' and Girls' Track - meet in room 43 after school; Boys' and Girls' Lacrosse will report to the Sport Study Hall in the Cafeteria right after school.  Coaches will meet their teams in the Cafeteria.

4th Annual Oswego High School Baseball Camp - Saturday, March 16th and 23rd - Leighton Elementary Gym.  See flyer for more information - Go to Athletic Forms at left of this web page, click on Athletics and then Athletic Forms again.  Form is titled, "2013 Baseball Camp."

WEIGHT ROOM INFO: Please check the Weight Room website for up-to-date information on hours, nutrition, work-outs and other relevant information.  The link is listed as "Weight Room" to the left of this page.

CONCUSSION INFORMATION/POLICY:  An information sheet, ImPact Testing permission form as well as the Oswego City School District Concussion Policy is located under Athletic Forms to the left.  Links to the New York State Public High School Athletic Association site and the State Education Department will be listed below if you would like any further information regarding concussion guidelines related to sports.

START DATES FOR SPRING SPORTS: 

3/11/13 - JV and Varsity - Baseball, Softball, Lacrosse, Track, Girls' Golf, Boys' Tennis

3/25/13 - Freshman/Modified - Baseball, Softball, Track, Lacrosse

All students must have the correct paperwork handed in to the nurse no earlier than 30 days, but no later than two weeks, prior to the start of practice.  Please check with the nurse to see what is needed NOW.  If you have a current physical, you will still need a new interval form.  Forms are located in the nurse's offices or the Athletic Office.
