Welcome to 12th Grade!

Twelfth grade is a very exciting but sometimes confusing year.  There are a lot of transition questions that you or your students may have. 

Students will be preparing all throughout the year for their post-graduate plans.  Some options that are usually explored by students are:

• Community College
• Work Force (Part-time and Full-time)
• Supported Employment
• Armed Services

This site will have helpful information and links to resources, that will hopefully make Senior year and their transition into the "Real World" a little easier!
