School-Based Health Center Enrollment Open

The Oswego City School District, in partnership with ConnextCare, opened its School-Based Health Center (SBHC) on Jan. 6 and is currently enrolling students for treatment.
The SBHC offers convenient, on-site healthcare services to students within the district, promoting better health and well-being to ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed academically and personally.
Located at Frederick Leighton Elementary School, the SBHC a wide range of essential healthcare services, including preventive care, routine check-ups, immunizations, treatment for illnesses, mental health services, and support for chronic conditions. The goal is to ensure that students have access to comprehensive care during the school day, minimizing the disruption to their education.
Enrollment for the ConnextCare School-Based Health Center is now open and available for all students in the Oswego City School District. Families can sign up their children for the SBHC at any time during the year, and continuous enrollment ensures that students can access services whenever they need them.
Parents or guardians interested in enrolling their child are encouraged to visit the ConnextCare website at www.connextcare.org/SchoolBased to get more details and complete the enrollment process.
