Kindergarten Registration Opens 4/21/25
Kindergarten Registration for The 2025-2026 School YearKindergarten registration will begin on April 21, 2025.
How to Register:
Parents and guardians must complete the Pre-Registration Form online, which can be found on the OCSD Central Registration web page.
To complete the registration process, you will need to submit documentation for proof of age and residency. A list of acceptable documents is available on the OCSD Central Registration web page.
The following documents will need to be submitted to your child’s school:
? An updated immunization record
? A dental certificate (optional, but requested by NYS law)
? A physical exam form (completed and signed by your child’s physician).
Students currently enrolled in an OCSD Universal Pre-K program do not
need to re-register or complete a screening.
Kindergarten Screening:
All incoming kindergarten students will participate in a screening. Schools will contact families at a later date to schedule a time.
